Philosophy

I completed mediation training in March 2000, and since that time have mediated cases involving real estate disputes, business disputes and family law matters. My broad experience as a trial lawyer in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, family law and construction litigation give me the substantive knowledge to effectively understand the claims of your case. Drawing on my experience as an advocate and as a skilled negotiator, I am able to assist the parties in an analysis of their strategy options and establish realistic goals. I have been instrumental in assisting parties to find creative solutions to their disputes by identifying the tangible and intangible costs and risks associated with litigation. My approach to mediation focuses on active negotiation. If you are looking for a mediator to merely deliver settlement offers between the parties, I am not the right mediator for your case.

Family Law Matters – Fees Per Party

Half-Day Rates (based on gross monthly income per party)
Up to $2,000/month	$350.00
$2,001/month to $3,000/month	$400.00
$3,001/month to $4,000/month	$450.00
$4,001/month and above	$500.00
Full Day Rates (based on gross monthly income per party)
Up to $2,000/month	$700.00
$2,001/month to $3,000/month	$800.00
$3,001/month to $4,000/month	$900.00
