My Mission

My mission is to develop long-term relationships with my clients by providing exceptional legal counseling and creating a collaborative resolution experience based on trust and confidence.

As a trial lawyer and advocate, I serve as primary counsel for the business needs of companies and individuals. I am also a mediator who assists adverse parties in the active negotiation and resolution of their legal disputes. In both roles, I bring a comprehensive approach to problem solving, drawing on my experience as a skilled negotiator, intuitive listener and assertive trial lawyer. I constantly engage in strategy options analysis, focusing on assisting mediation participants and clients in establishing realistic goals and accomplishing those goals efficiently. I engage my clients in a holistic analysis of their financial and personal goals, risk tolerance and opportunity costs as those elements pertain to the resolution of their legal issues. In the mediation context, I am instrumental in assisting the parties to find creative solutions to their disputes and identifying the tangible and intangible costs and risks associated with litigation. I am also an “AV” rated lawyer in Martindale-Hubbell.

Represented individuals and companies in administrative proceedings before State Commissions including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Real Estate Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Texas Human Rights Commission and the Texas Department of Insurance.

Represented five competitors in antitrust litigation against a Fortune 500 semiconductor chip manufacturing company.
